What the plan perks mean
- Monthly credits
- Added to your balance every month while the plan runs, on top of the daily gift. Yearly plans get them month by month too. Unused credits stay; they never expire.
- Render priority
- When several exports wait for a render server, higher plans are taken first (Editor +1, Director +2, Maestro highest); otherwise it's first come, first served.
- Renders at the same time
- Maestro can have two exports rendering at once; the other plans render one at a time while the next one waits in the queue.
How credits are spent
Previews, edits and rewrites are free. An export costs its length times the rate of the quality you choose, rounded up to a whole credit, plus small extras shown before you start.

Frequently asked questions
Do credits expire?

No. Credits from the welcome gift, the daily gift, plans and credit packs stay in your balance until you spend them.
How do I cancel a plan?

Any time, in the studio under Account → Plan & billing → Manage billing, which opens the Paddle billing portal. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, and your credits stay.
Can I get a refund?

Within 14 days of a payment you can get a refund for an unused credit pack or for plan credits you haven't used; Paddle handles refunds as our merchant of record. The refunded credits leave your balance. Details are in the refund policy.
Who processes the payment?

Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, adds the right tax for your country and handles payment support. Your card details never reach us.
How do yearly plans work?

A yearly plan costs 10 times the monthly price (two months free) and renews every year. Its credits are still added every month.
Can I change my plan?

Yes, from your account. An upgrade starts right away and is charged pro rata; a downgrade starts right away and the difference is credited on your next bill.
Do I need a card to start?

No. The free plan starts with 60 credits and no card.
How many credits does a 30-second video cost?
+
30 credits in HD (1080p, 30 fps), 15 as a 720p draft and 60 at 1080p, 60 fps — plus any extras listed above.
What happens if an export fails?

The credits for that export go back to your balance automatically.
